Our family PCSed to Oahu in 2016, and over the years, we’ve built a business rooted in faith, service, and the freedom to work from anywhere life takes us. What began as a passion for smooth listings and transactions has evolved into a company that now supports agents across the country through:

Meet Clarissa

A Jersey girl living on Oahu, Clarissa is a mom, an Army wife, a foodie, and an entrepreneur with a heart for helping others succeed. Her real estate journey began in title and escrow, where she learned the full process of taking buyers and sellers from contract to close. That foundation shaped her belief that real estate can feel simple—with the right systems.

After the world shifted in 2020, Clarissa felt called to build a business that allowed her to stay home with her two children while still serving the real estate industry she loved.

What started as a laptop-and-phone operation has grown into a streamlined, virtual-first company now serving agents in: Oahu, Hawai‘i, the D.C. Metro Area, and California

Her passion is helping agents free up their time, create additional income opportunities, and build a business that supports the lifestyle they want—not the other way around.

Our Vision

While our roots are on Oahu, our work is fully virtual—designed for mobility, flexibility, and growth. As a military family, “home” is wherever we’re stationed, and this business reflects that same spirit. With a strong WiFi connection and a solid system, there is no limit to where your business can grow.
